With more than 15 years leading K–12 schools as a principal, head of school, and executive director, I help education leaders solve the systems problems hiding behind their most persistent challenges.

I opened a school as a founding principal in Tennessee's Achievement School District and took it to a Level 5 effectiveness score. As Managing Director I supported school directors across three campuses and moved network TVAAS from Level 1 to Level 3. As Executive Director of a CMO, I built network-wide performance management and pulled 15% out of non-instructional spend without touching instruction.

The pattern in all of it is the same: the structures, not the symptoms. If your attendance numbers are slipping, the answer usually isn't an attendance campaign — it's the tangle of transportation, culture, family communication, and follow-up protocols underneath it. I help you find that tangle and build something that holds.

Sometimes "something that holds" is a protocol. Sometimes it's a tool. I build small, purpose-built applications for schools — the one screen or workflow a vendor won't build because your problem is too specific and your budget is too small. The advantage isn't technical. It's that I've been the person who needed the tool.
