About Great Days Leadership

Dr. Rachel Goode helps school leaders, teachers, and staff learn what energizes them and what drains them, then use that to build teams that work well together and hold onto good people longer.

Before consulting, she spent time inside Metro Nashville Public Schools as a teacher and an instructional specialist before transitioning to Ezell-Harding Christian School as the Upper School Principal, so she understands the dynamics of public and private institutions.

Most of her work centers on the Working Genius model. She is a certified facilitator, and runs assessments and workshops that help staff and administrators see where their energy actually comes from, so leaders can delegate based on how people are wired instead of guessing.

She is also a executive coach, serving as a sounding board for leaders in education and in business.

She is based in Nashville and takes on school engagements year round, including summer planning weeks and inservice days.
