About Lamb Consulting

I help schools and education organizations strengthen instruction by building the capacity of the people closest to students.

As the Founder and CEO of Lamb Consulting, I partner with schools, districts, and education organizations to design and deliver practical, high-impact support for teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders. My work includes instructional coaching, professional learning, co-teaching and inclusive practices, lesson internalization, English Learner support, and leadership coaching.

I bring more than a decade of experience in education across classroom teaching, instructional coaching, talent development, partnerships, and school-based leadership. I began my career as an elementary teacher and have since supported educators and leaders across a range of school and organizational contexts.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: professional learning should translate into what happens in classrooms. Whether I'm facilitating a professional learning session, coaching a teacher, developing an instructional coach, or partnering with a leadership team, I focus on actionable practices educators can implement—not just ideas that sound good in a training.
