About Legacy Learning Partners

Led by Dr. Mary Kristina Ledo, Legacy Learning Partners is a boutique education consulting firm specializing in enrollment and recruitment strategy, compliance, school operations, special education, organizational development, and school improvement/turnaround.

With more than two decades of experience across K–12 education, school leadership, district compliance, charter schools, special education, enrollment, and organizational growth, Dr. Ledo brings both executive-level strategy and hands-on implementation experience to every engagement.

Legacy partners with schools and education organizations that need more than recommendations. We help leaders identify the problem, build the strategy, create practical systems, develop their teams, and move the work forward.
