Get to Know Us

Tammy is a former elementary school educator, and current instructional coach and professional learning facilitator passionate about empowering teachers to unlock student potential. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, B.Ed., MAED in Teacher Leadership, and is a candidate for the Ed.D. program at Moravian University. Through her coaching services, Tammy partners with educators to build confidence, strengthen instructional practices, and use principles of minimalism to streamline classroom strategies.

With a focus on practical, collaborative support, she helps teachers create engaging, student-centered environments where learners thrive. Tammy’s coaching approach is grounded in the belief that when teachers feel supported and equipped, students succeed. She has experience coaching teachers and presenting workshops for educators nationally and internationally, and is the co-author of The Minimalist Teacher and Your School Leadership Edit.
