Network Performance Diagnostic
$7,500 flat for the three weeks. Schools that contract further work with us within ninety days of the findings session take ten percent off that engagement.
Three weeks inside your school to find out why the results are not moving, and ninety days of plan to fix it.
Fractional Leadership Bench
$150 an hour, two hours a week, quoted as one set price for the length of the agreement. A three month agreement is $3,600. On-site days are quoted separately.
Senior backup for the person at your school who holds a job nobody else in the building does.

School Blueprint is a team of former educators — teachers, principals, COOs, and district leaders — who first worked together at a Memphis charter network in 2017. Across the team we bring more than 50 years in classrooms, front offices, and system leadership, and we focus on the work that keeps a school running well behind the scenes: operations and finance, talent and HR, hiring, leadership and strategy, and staff feedback and coaching.

Schools can engage a single specialist — operations and budget support, fractional HR and talent help, a hiring tune-up, leadership coaching, or a staff-survey and feedback process — or bring in the team on a coordinated plan.
